Submit a return request

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us via email. We value your feedback, so please include your reason for the return, which will aid us in enhancing your future shopping experiences. Once we receive your email, we will guide you through the return process.

Print the return label

Print and attach the provided return label securely to the outside of your return package. You can then drop off the package at your nearest office for shipping. The first return for every order is complementary. Any item(s) in their original condition are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To reduce additional shipping costs and lessen the environmental impact of multiple returns, we recommend grouping the items you wish to return together. Please ensure that you send the package within 14 days after submitting your return request.
